Heat of the Moment is one of the perks of Fog.

Levels/Upgrades[edit | edit source]

Scavenger perks and powers can be leveled up by the Upgrade Vendor located in the scavenger hub. To reach the next level, one must complete a relevant task (shown when looking at the power in the upgrade booth) and gain a sufficient amount of Blood CellsBlood icon.png, IronIron icon.png or Ink CellsNPI icon.png.

we need a "tips" section, but heat of the moment stacks with fleet feet, so you can go up to 105% faster (205% movement speed) if you fully upgrade heat of the moment and are revealed before, during, or after collecting blood.
